3.2 Payment for membership fees shall be made in advance, and your membership will be activated upon successful processing of the payment.

4. Money-Back Guarantee
4.1 LifeMed offers a no quibble money-back guarantee within 14 days of your initial payment. To request a refund, email info@lifemedonline.com. The subject line of your email should be "Refund Request Within 14 Days". Please let us know in your email the reasons why you would like to cancel and what we can do to improve our service.
4.2 You must give us 30 days notice of your wish to cancel your subscription. Please email info@lifemedonline.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership" detailing your reasons for cancelling in order for us to improve the service for others. If possible, we will try to resolve any issues you have with the service. If you have paid for an annual or 6 month payment plan, we will reimburse your remaining subscription minus the time used (including 30 day notice period), charged on the Pay Monthly basis of £20 per month. Payments will be credited to the original payment method within the 30 day notice period.
