Dr Caroline Gibson
GP, Lifestyle Medicine Physician, Coach & Coaching Supervisor
Regional Lead for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. ILM Level 7 diplomas in coaching & coaching supervision.
Dr Gibson has 20 years medical experience, and currently works in a portfolio of roles as a GP, coach, health coach supervisor, mentor for GPs and a UK physical activity clinical champion.
Dr Adam Smith
GP, Lifestyle Medicine Physician and Coach
Associate for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Assessor for the BSLM Learning Academy Core Accreditation.
Dr Smith has 20 years of experience in the field of medicine, working in General Practice, Occupational Medicine and Medical Education.
